HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. announces that, pursuant to the Law 3556/2007 and to the Law 3340/2005 (article 13) and the Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, FOLLI FOLLIE S.A., which is closely associated to Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, CEO of HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A., on October 22, 2008, bought 100,720 common shares of the Company, with total value of euro 735,486.65.
