LIBERIS PUBLICATIONS SA announces that on Tuesday October 21, 2008 signed a non binding aggreement to promote a joint venture company in Bulgaria, for publishing consumer magazines. The initial capital of the company will be euro 300,000.00 and LIBERIS PUBLICATIONS SA (or its 100% subsidiary L.P.B. OOD) will own 75%.
