HELLENIC FABRICS S.A. announces that according to Law 3556/2007, the Decision No 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, that on 07/10/2008, Mr. Narkisos Georgiadis, a person that exercises managerial duties, has bought 2,000 shares of HELLENIC FABRICS S.A., at a total net value of 1,461.20 euro.
