NIREUS SA notifies that Ms Ioanna Karachaliou, Independent Non Executive Member of the BoD of the Company sold on the 24th of October 2008 80.000 shares of total value 47.285,80 euros. Ms Karachaliou is required to notify her transactions, according to Law 3340/2005, as a person holding senior managerial position. This announcement is made in compliance with the regulations of Law 3556/2007 and the decision of the HCMC 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11).
