NIREUS S.A. announces, in compliance with Article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and after receiving a notification from its shareholder Deutsche Bank AG on the 24th of October 2008, that on the 22nd of October 2008 the percentage of the voting rights of the aforementioned shareholder fell below 5% of the total voting rights of the Company.
