The company ALAPIS S.A. announces in accordance with articles 3 & 21 of Law 3556/2007, that Mr Lavrentios Lavrentiadis , obliged person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, informed the Company that on 24/10/08 he proceeded to the purchase of 6,497,924 registered shares of the Company at euro 1.01 each and total net value of euro 6,540,197.25 .
