Lavipharm S.A. announces that Dr. Athanase Lavidas, son of Telemaque, Chairman and CEO of Lavipharm S.A. has transferred to "T&A Holdings (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l.", a company of his own interests, 1.200.000 common Lavipharm shares, amounting to 1.800.000,00 Euros, on Friday, October 17, 2008.
