Pursuant to the provisions of Codified Law 2190/1920, Law 3016/2002, and the provisions of article 2 para. 2 (e) of the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission no.3/347/12.7.2005, the Board of Directors of Piraeus Real Estate Investment (PIRAEUS R.E.I.T.) notifies that on the meeting of September 9, 2008:
1.Mr. Kallinko-Kallinikos Kallinikos (Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors) and Mr. Dimitrios Matsaganis, (Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors), resigned.
2.Mr. Sotirios Theodoridis and Konstantinos Vamvakopoulos were elected as new members in substitution of the resigned Members of the BoD.
3.The Board of Directors was reconstituted as a body, as follows:
- Theodoros Pantalakis of Nikolaos, Chairman, Non-Executive Member
- Sotirios Theodoridis of Konstantinos, Vice Chairman, Executive Member
- Konstantinos Chrisikos of Athanasios, Managing Director -Executive Member
- Konstantinos Markazos of Alexios, Executive Member
- Dimitrios Papadimitriou of Dimosthenis, Executive Member
- Konstantinos Vamvakopoulos of Georgios, Independent Non-Executive Member
- Dimitrios Goumas of Georgios, Independent Non-Executive Member
