The company TERNA S.A. announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that GEK's subsidiary HERON HOLDINGS SA, which is closely associated to Mr. Panayiotis Pothos Executive Member of the Board of Directors of TERNA S.A., proceeded to the purchase of 796,791 common nominal shares on 22/10/2008, of total value of 2,151,335.70 euro.
