The company TERNA S.A. announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that GEK S.A., which is closely associated to Mr. Nikolaos Kambas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TERNA S.A., transferred 796,791 common nominal shares on 22/10/2008, of total value of 2,151,335.70 euros to its subsidiary company HERON HOLDINGS S.A.
