(the Company), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3340/2005 and the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that "SIVET HOLDING INC", which is closely associated to the Vice-Chairman and Executive member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Petros Vettas, bought 11,300 ordinary shares of the Company of total value Euro 20,309.88 on 24th October, 2008.
