OPAP S.A., announces pursuant to article 21 of Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on 16/09/2008, Mr. Nikolaos Polymenakos, Investor Relations Advisor (substantial holder according to L.3340/2005), sold 561 shares of the company of total net value of twelve thousand two hundred twenty three euros and 11 cents (euro 12.223,11).
