Cancellation - Deferment of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 27.10.2008
MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. hereby announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders, held on 27.10.2008, was duly attended by one hundred ninety two (192) shareholders representing 23.420% of the Company's share capital.
The discussion and deliberation on items 1-4 on the Agenda was not possible due to failure to attain the quorum required by the Law (article 29 para. 4 of codified law 2190/1920) and the Company's Articles.
The General Meeting decided to defer the discussion and deliberation on the 5th item on the Agenda for Monday 10.11.2008, at 17:00 hours and at the same premises, when the 1st Reiterative Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled to take place for discussion of items 1-4 on the Agenda referred to above, pursuant to the relevant Notice of the Company's Board of Directors dated 30.9.2008.
