Pursuant to the provisions of L. 3556/2007, Piraeus Real Estate Investments S.A. notifies investors that on the 16th of September 2008 the percentage of the shareholder "Piraeus Bank" recorded a modification greater than 3% of the company's total voting rights, resulting from the selling of shares, and climbed down to 35.02%. At the time of its previous notification of 28.09.2007 Piraeus Bank held a percentage of voting rights of 38.534%, while on the day preceding the triggering transaction (15.09.2008) the percentage was at 40.02%.

The voting rights attached to shares following the triggering transaction are as following: The number of shares is 18.551.880, the total number of voting rights is 18.551.880 (directly) and 670.148 (indirectly) and the total percentage of voting rights is 33.80% (directly) and 1.22% (indirectly).
