Frigoglass S.A announces, in accordance with the provisions of art. 4 par. 4 of the European Commission Regulation 2273/2003 and of art. 290 of the ATHEX Regulation, that by implementation of the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of 5th of September 2008 and the resolution of the Board of Directors of 2nd October 2008, it purchased on 15th οf October 2008 through NATIONAL P&K Securities 15.500 own shares with average purchase price of Euro 8,874 per share and total purchase price Euro 137.556,20.
