Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces in accordance to Greek Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and the Cyprus Law 190(Ι)/2007, that on 13/10/2008 Mr Andreas Vgenopoulos, Executive Vice Chairman, proceeded with the purchase of 80.000 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value euro 256.704,06.
