Schedule of planned corporate actions
According to the obligations of the Company that it concerns in the briefing of the investment public, and related to the decision of BoD of our company at 10.10.2008 to distribute interim dividend for the financial year 2008, INTRALOT announces that the Schedule of Planned Corporate Actions for the rest of the year 2008 is shaped as follows:
Interim dividend: 0.11 euro per share (before any holding taxes).
Beneficiaries of the interim dividend: are the shareholders as of 6.11.2008
Ex-dividend date: 7.11.2008
Start of interim dividend payment: 17.11.2008
Note that the ex-dividend date is before the expiration date of FTSE/ATHEX20 Index futures, in which the share of the company is included, and before the expiration date of stock futures.
The Company will make a further announcement in order to set the payment date and the bank, which will distribute the dividend, according to the regulation of the Athens Exchange.
