2. on 22.10.2008 that it purchased on 21.10.2008 11,500 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of euro 87,200.00
3. on 22.10.2008 that it sold on 21.10.2008 2,500 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of euro 19,050.00
