"MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." (the "Company") hereby announces that the acquisition of an additional 10.50% in the share capital of the Cypriot Public Company of Tourist Development Ltd., owner of Hilton Cyprus Hotel in Nicosia, was completed by its subsidiary "MIG Leisure Ltd.", which is now fully owned by the Company. The acquisition price amounted in total to approximately 9,500,000 euros, which corresponds per share to that paid for the acquisition of the initial participation.
Following the above, the total interest of MIG Leisure Ltd. in the share capital of the Cypriot Public Company of Tourist Development Ltd. currently amounts to 74.79%.
