The Company I KATHIMERINI SA ("the Company") announces that on 09/10/2008 Mr. Themistoklis Alafouzos, Managing Director of the Company (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), bought 50 common shares of the Company with a net value of euro 238. Prior to the above purchase Mr. Themistoklis Alafouzos owned 3.674.596 common shares out of the 17.000.000 total common shares of the Company and 21,61% οf the Company's voting rights. Following the above transaction Mr. Themistoklis Alafouzos owns 3.674.646 common shares and 21,61% οf the Company's voting rights.
