ALUMIL MILONAS S.A., according to Laws a) 3556/2007, b) 3340/2005, and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. No. 1/434/03.07.2007, announces that Mr. Sidiras Anastasiou Hristos, an independent non-executive member of the Company's Board of Directors, purchased 3.000 ordinary shares of a total value of euro 6.180,00 on the 16th of September 2008.
