Sale and lease back agreement signed by "DIAKINISIS S.A. -Warehousing-Distribution-Promotional Packaging", guaranteed by ELGEKA S.A., that owns 99,99% of DIAKINISIS S.A.
ELGEKA S.A., would like to notify the investing public that on the 21st of October, its subsidiary company by 99,99%, "DIAKINISIS S.A. -WAREHOUSING-DISTRIBUTION-PROMOTIONAL PACKAGING", signed a sale and lease back agreement with "ETHNIKI LEASING S.A." guaranteed by ELGEKA S.A..
The above mentioned agreement covers a single plat of 42.614,93m2 in total, including the buildings located within the plat area (storage space - office space - utilities space, of 22.639,40m2) owned by DIAKINISIS S.A., and it is situated out of the approved Urban Plan of Aspropyrgos Municipality and in the Industrial Area of the above mentioned Municipality, at "Tsouklidi" area or "Pefko Pappou" area or "Saint George" area besides NATO avenue, or "Mavri Ora" area and on the rural road of Saint George. The above mentioned building is already used by "DIAKINISIS S.A." in order to serve its articles of association purposes.
The total lease amounts to euro 24.421.339,25, i.e. the agreed amount of sale is euro 24.000.000 plus euro 421.339,25 other expenses (notary and lawyer's expenses, e.t.c.)
The 25 year sale and lease back agreement commences on the 21st of October 2008 and terminates on the 22nd of October 2033. The calculation base of the monthly rental payment will be the current Interbank 6month EURIBOR interest rate (variable Reference Index), plus agreed spread. The company "DIAKINISIS S.A." holds the right to buy back the property for euro 5,00.
