Athens Medical Center SA, announces in accordance to L. 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in accordance to article 11 of the HCMC directive no. 1/434/03.07.2007 that Mr. Evaggelos Apostolopoulos, legal advisor of the Company on the 17th of October 2008 acquired 38.000 Athens Medical common shares of total value 52.440,00 Euros.
