Sanyo Hellas Holding SA announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of CMC and article 13 of Law 3340/2005 that Mr. Nikolaos Papageorgiou son of Georgios, Vice President and Deputy CEO of the Company, acquired on 24th October 2008, 31.411 common shares of the Company, with a total value of 9.423,30 euros.
