According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports that Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company:
- On October 7th, 2008 acquired 18,699 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 87,372.42
- On October 8th, 2008 acquired 5,069 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 21,881.70
- On October 9th, 2008 acquired 30,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 126,835.12
Additionally, Mr. Elias Lianos, Managing Director of the company:
- On October 7th, 2008 acquired 4,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 18,760.26
- On October 7th, 2008 acquired 18,699 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 87,372.42
- On October 8th, 2008 acquired 5,069 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 21,881.70
- On October 9th, 2008 acquired 30,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 126,835.12
