Following its announcement dated as of 24.02.2009, IASO S.A. informs its shareholders, that the sale of 5.126 registered shares which stem from undisposed fractional shares, set to take place on Tuesday, 3 March 2009, will be postponed. The Company shall timely announce the exact date of the sale of the fractional shares.
