C.ROKAS S.A. announces in accordance with Article 27 of Law 3461/2006 that following the completion of the relevant Voluntary Tender Offer submitted by IBERDROLA RENOVABLES, S.A. and its application to the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission for the exercise of the squeeze-out right for the remaining shares, IBERDROLA RENOVABLES, S.A. currently holds the 100% of the common and preferred shares (i.e. in total 20,544,452 ordinary and 3,229,872 preferred shares) of C.ROKAS S.A.
