In accordance with Section 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, FG EUROPE S.A. announces the Financial Calendar for the fiscal year 2009 as follows:
Financial Statements (Company and Consolidated) are to be announced on Friday, March 13, 2009 and Summary of Financial Information (Company and Consolidated) prepared according to IFRS is to be published to the press on March 14, 2009.
Annual Reporting to Financial Analysts is scheduled to take place on Monday, March 23, 2009 at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors (AGII), 15 Omirou St., Athens, 3rd floor.
Annual Shareholders General Assembly is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 14, 2009.
Ex date is to be Thursday, April 16, 2009.
Beneficiaries of dividend "record date" is to be Wednesday, April 22, 2009. For the avoidance of doubt it should be clarified that according to the second updated edition of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, corporate actions are performed on the basis of the new rule "record date" which came to replace the "trade date" rule. Under the new rule, as beneficiaries of corporate actions (and more specifically in this case beneficiaries of dividend) are meant those investors that are registered in the records of DSS as beneficiaries of the respective Transferable Securities on the date of determination of beneficiaries (record date).
Payment date to dividend beneficiaries is to commence on Tuesday, April 28, 2009.
