Merge of Nireus with 100% subsidiaries approved by the Greek Ministry of Development.

Nireus Aquaculture SA announces the completion by law of the merger by absorption of its 100% subsidiaries Alpino, A-Sea and Red Anchor. The decision K2-2218/3-3-2009 of the Minister of Development that approves the merger by absorption has been filed in the Register of Societe Anonymes on 3/3/2009.
