According to Law 3340/2005 and the decisions 3/347/2005 and 5/204/2000 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, as in force and paragraphs 4.1.3.1. point e) and 4.1.3.6. of the Rule Book of the Athens Exchange, and following the letter received from the Capital Market Commission dated 11.03.2009 in relation to articles published on electronic and printed press regarding to the acquisition by Forthnet (Nova) of the Champions League television rights, Forthnet Α.Ε. (thereafter the "Company" or "Forthnet") confirms the following:
1) The affiliated with Forthnet company "NetMed Hellas" announced with her dated 10/03/2009 statement the acquisition of the television rights of UEFA Champions League for the three-year period 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12.
2) More specifically the agreement between NetMed Hellas and UEFA, for the above period, includes each Tuesday and Wednesday the direct transmission of all fights of the Institution from the phase of playoffs, apart from the fight of first choice. After the expiry of the fights, the projection of snapshots of all fights will take place through special broadcasts among which the popular exclusive broadcast "Minute to Minute" is also included.
3) Exclusively 112 fights of each period, including the 16 fights of playoffs of August, will be broadcasted in direct transmission by the channels novasports. It is also noted, that NetMed Hellas has the right of projection in videotapping and 146 fights of the Institution.
4) NetMed Hellas continuing for another three years its collaboration with the leading multiple club organization, offers her subscribers the best athletic program.
