Eurodrip SA in addition to the announcement dated 13/3/2009 regarding the establishment of the new affiliate in Peru , clarifies that AGROGESTION SAC holds the rest 40% of the share capital of the new company. AGROGESTION SAC is a company with headquarters in Lima and main object the design and realization off important irrigation projects. The share capital of Eurodrip Peru S.A.C. is 3.173 Nuevo SOL, although the procedure regarding the rise of the share capital of the new company up to the amount of 1,5 million USD, is still in progress.
