CRETA FARM S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 that Mr. Emmanuel Domazakis President of the Company's Board of Directors and Mr. Konstantinos Domazakis Vice President of the Company's Board of Directors purchased on the 18th of March 2009, 50.000 common shares and 50.000 common shares of our Company of a value of Euro 165.000 and 165.000 respectively.
