The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Grigoris Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 24/02/09 to the purchase of 13,425 (ten thousand four hundred and twenty five) common shares at the price of 3.42 euros (three euros and forty two cents) of total value 45,945 euros (forty five thousand nine hundred and forty five euros).
