Regarding the press releases published today about the Votanikos case at the Council of State, we would like to clarify that they refer to the introduction given by the Counselor Mr. S. Markatis for the appeal against the building permit for the shopping mall, that is scheduled to go on trial on the 6 March 2009. The aforementioned introduction is not related to the appeal for the retraction of the suspension of construction works of the shopping mall in Votanikos, submitted by the Company, that is still awaiting a decision by the Suspension Committee of the Council of State.
We have absolute confidence in the Council of State, whose Plenary will decide, taking into consideration not just the introduction, but also the State's view as well as those of the intervening parties.
