On 31/122008, RF Energy S.A., subsidiary by 40% company to the company FG Europe S.A., entered into an initial agreement with an international infrastructure development company, with regard to its portfolio of wind farms in Greece, consisting of two operating wind farms of a total of 42 MWs of installed capacity.
The abovementioned agreement is subject to fulfilment of certain conditions and is expected to be completed within the following six month period, at the end of which the two groups shall proceed with further announcements.
RF Energy is active in the Renewable Energy industry, through the development, management and operating of energy production projects, focused on Renewable Energy. The company's project portfolio consists of an operating wind park of 15 MWs of installed capacity, one wind park of 10 MWs, currently under construction (expected to be operational within the 1st quarter of 2009), two small hydro-electrical power plants of a total of 3.615 MWs of installed capacity, as well as more than 420 MWs of wind projects, currently under development.
