The Company, Forth crs S.A. Forthnet's subsidiary has accepted the tax settlement issued in accordance with the Law 3697/2008 concerning unaudited fiscal years from 2003 to 2006. According to the tax settlement the total tax for the above 4 fiscal years amounted to euro 78,840.69 (euro 25,989.24 - euro 30,381.37 - euro 13,037.89 and euro 9,432.19 for the years 2003 to 2006). An amount of euro 15,768.13 which refers to the 20% of the total debt has already been paid with the signature of the acceptance deed. It is noted that the company has made provision in the financial statements as of December 31st 2008 amounting to euro 37,030.57 for the above unaudited tax years. Consequently the interim condensed financial statements as of March 31, 2009 for the group will be charged by an amount of euro 41,810.12.
The present announcement is made in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.3.1.ib and 4.1.3.6. of the Athens Stock Market Regulation, as in force, in combination with art. 6 of the Law 3340/2005 and articles 2 and 3 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
