Following a relevant request by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and Cyprus Stock Exchange, Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that the decision for the payment of dividend will be taken, in accordance with current legislation, at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of 26 March 2009, at the same time with the approval of the Final Financial Statements.
