On November 14th 2008, the company (GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI NAVIGAZIONE Spa) informed our Board of Directors that, on November 13th 2008, amended its percentage in Minoan Lines share capital and voting rights to 36,44% (25,843,660).
The direct stake of (GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI NAVIGAZIONE Spa) to Minon Lines share capital stood at 31.04% while the indirect participation (through the company ATLANTICA Spa Di NAVIGAZIONE) shaped at 5.40%.
