In compliance with article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following notifications from its shareholders after the merge with KEGO SA, NIREUS SA notifies that on the 10th of November 2008:
Mr Aristeides Belles held 21,16% of the voting rights from 17,323% previously (direct ownership 17,293% 6.993.001 shares and indirect 0,03% 12.400 shares through Euromare SA). This new percentage breaks down as follows: direct ownership 15,94% of the voting rights (10.100.001 shares) and indirect 5,22% of the voting rights through the companies Temble Trading LTD 5,20% (3.294.600 shares) and Euromare SA 0,02% (15.500 shares).
Mr Nikolaos Chaviaras held 5,38% of the voting rights from 7,499% previously (3.027.211 shares). This new percentage breaks down as follows : direct ownership 4,84% of the voting rights (3.064.643 shares) and indirect 0,55% of the voting rights (346.750 shares) through the company Whiteflex Limited.
Temble Trading LTD held 5,20% of the voting rights (3.294.600 shares) in NIREUS from 20% of the voting rights (3.468.000 shares) in KEGO. The abovementioned percentage was added to the indirect voting rights of Mr. Belles in NIREUS because Temble Trading LTD is a company of his interests. ING Bank NV - Equity Finance as a custodian has fallen below 5% of the voting rights in NIREUS from 11% (1.907.400 shares) of the voting rights in KEGO.
Mr Rodolfos Gogorosis has fallen below 5% of the voting rights in NIREUS from 5,77% (1.000.000 shares) of the voting rights in KEGO.
