NIREUS SA announces that its subsidiary ALPINO settled off the tax years 2001-2006. The one-off tax settlement amounted to euro 151.237,29 of which 20% was advanced and the remainder will be paid in 18 instalments. The settlement will affect the results of current fiscal year.
