Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd (the "Bank") announces in accordance to Cyprus Law 190(Ι)/2007, on 16/03/2009 "TOSCA FUND ASSET MANAGEMENT LLP" (the "Company") gave the Bank a written notice that the percentage of shares and voting rights of the Bank held by the Company, was reduced from 5,03% to a percentage under 5%.
