AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 18^th of June 2015, the company Main Stream S.A., controlled by Theodore Vassilakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 3.940 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of €43,571.65.
