According to article 4.1.3.1 paragraph ib of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, SingularLogic SA informs the investors that the tax audit for its subsidiaries, regarding tax liabilities based on the terminational clearing statement according to Law 3697/2008 has been completed. More specifically:
-SingularLogic Integrator SA for the fiscal year 2006 payable taxes total amount of 17.377,22 euro.
-Systemsoft SA for the fiscal year 2006 payable taxes total amount of 3.075,35 euro.
-PCS SA for the fiscal years 2003-2006 payable taxes total amount of 87.944,39 euro.
-Metasoft SA for the fiscal years 2002-2006 payable taxes total amount of 43.615,98 euro.
-G.I.T HOLDINGS SA for the fiscal years 2005-2006 payable taxes total amount of 16.196,00 euro.
The total amount of 168.208,94 euro has already been deposited to the tax authorities and will encumber Group financial results of fiscal year 2008.
