The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, proceeded on 19/01/09 to the purchase of 750 (seven hundred and fifty) common shares at the price of 4.19 euros (four euros and nineteen cents) of total value 3,145 euros (three thousand one hundred and forty five euros).
