S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after having been notified pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mrs Katina David, spouse of Mr. George David, non executive member of the Company's Board of Directors, transferred on 17th December 2008 20,868 common company shares due to donation.
