GEK TERNA SA (former GEK SA), according to L.3556/2007 and based on relevant notifications received by the shareholders Messieurs Georgios Peristeris, Nikolaos Kambas and Maria Kamba, discloses that there was a change in the voting rights they hold on 2/1/2009, due to the merger through acquisition by GEK TERNA SA of part of the separated company TERNA SA dated 23/12/2008, which was approved by the Ministry of Development under its Decision No. K2-15458/23-12-08, as follows:
Mr. Georgios Peristeris owned 11,907,364 shares and equal voting rights prior to the approval date of the merger, namely a percentage of 18.19% on the Company's total voting rights. Following the merger, he now owns 12,004,271 shares and an equal number of voting rights, namely a percentage of 13.981%.
Mr. Nikolaos Kambas owned 8,532,335 shares and equal voting rights prior to the approval date of the merger, namely a percentage of 13.034% on the Company's total voting rights. Following the merger, he now owns 8,538,985 shares and an equal number of voting rights, namely a percentage of 9.942%.
Ms. Maria Kamba owned 3,866,365 shares and equal voting rights prior to the approval date of the merger, namely a percentage of 5.906% on the Company's total voting rights. Following the merger, she now owns 3,866,365 shares and an equal number of voting rights, namely a percentage of 4.502%.
