SELECTED TEXTILES SA, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 coupled with Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces the following:
Mr Grigorios Evangelou Bitsikokos, head of legal services and non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the company (liable according to article 13 of law 3340/2005), proceeded on 11-12-2008 to the purchase of 5.000 common registered shares of the company for the amount of euros 1.650,00.
