By means of its letter dated 22/12/2008, the shareholder of our company FARALLON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT L.L.C. has informed us that on 17/11/2008 its interest in the share capital of our company went down from 16.4880% to 14.9390% due to the admission to trading on account of a merger of 5,734,465 new shares of EUROMEDICA S.A. MEDICAL SERVICES, of which it received 269,499 bonus shares.
Correspondingly, the voting rights of said shareholder have changed from 6,250,000 to 6,519,499.
It should be noted that FARALLON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT L.L.C. controls the above voting rights via HEALTHCARE INVESTORS (GREECE) L.L.C.
