HERACLES G.C.Co (the Company) announces in accordance with law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and Circular no 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission that the Company's shareholder, LAFARGE S.A., proceeded to a notification to the Company on 17.12.2008 regarding its participation in the Company. Specifically, pursuant to the 12.12.2008 ATHEX trading session, BLUE CIRCLE INVESTMENTS S.A. (subsidiary company of LAFARGE S.A.) transferred 37,460,766 HERACLES' shares to LAFARGE CEMENTOS S.A. (also subsidiary of LAFARGE S.A.). Pursuant to the aforementioned transaction, LAFARGE S.A. holds (directly or indirectly) 88,99% of the total of the Company's shares and voting rights.
