The Company, Forthnet A.E. has accepted the tax settlement issued in accordance with the Law 3697/2008 concerning unaudited fiscal years from 2001 to 2004 of its absorbed company INTERNET HELLAS SA. According to the tax settlement the total tax for the above 4 fiscal years amounted to euro 108,885.31 (2001: euro 16,511.73, 2002: euro 8,736.59, 2003: euro 81,930.36 and 2004: euro 1,706.63). The above mentioned amount has already been paid with the signature of the acceptance deed. It is noted that the absorbed company has made provision in the financial statements as of December 31st 2007 amounting to euro 9,500.00 for the above unaudited tax years. The tax consideration for the years 2001, 2002 and 2003 is covered by the previous major shareholder of INTENRET HELLAS SA as per the Share Purchase Agreement dated December 30th 2003. Consequently Forthnet's financial statements as of December 31, 2008 (Parent and Consolidated) will be benefited by an amount of euro 7,793.37.
The present announcement is made in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.3.1.ib and 4.1.3.6. of the Athens Stock Market Regulation, as in force, in combination with art. 6 of the Law 3340/2005 and articles 2 and 3 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission.
